Really good! I don't like cooked spinach very much, but this was really good. I accidently used 10 oz frozen instead of fresh spinach and it still turned out good. I will make this again.

Definitely needed more garlic, I did 3 cloves. Also didnt add all the lemon. I suggest adding the lemon by taste.

Next time I’d add salt and pepper to the chicken when frying it. I also added mushrooms as recommended in one of the comments here it turned out really good: just let the mushrooms fry a little bit first before adding everything else to the skillet

My family loved it. I added mushrooms and extra garlic and I lessened the lemon.

It would probably be better if I used thighs and season the meat

An interesting dish and interesting flavors. i added extra garlic and served it over some whole wheat pasta. Quick and easy to make though. I will consider making it again.

Awesome all 5 stars, we loved the punch and brightness of the lemon, next time going to add another cup or 2 of spinach and 3 large cloves minced garlic.

Eh.... not bad, not great. I used broccoli instead of spinach, because the kids don’t like spinach. I steamed the broccoli in the microwave and then added it to the sauce. Sauce was overwhelmingly lemony. Not likely to make again.

This was so good and easy to make! I am on weight watchers and this is perfect for the plan! I shared it with my weight watchers group! I could eat this every day! Made spaghetti on the side and the sauce was perfect on the spaghetti

Tweaked this to suit what was in the cupboard and the cooking method but tasted great. Used vegetable soup and pre minced garlic also seasoned the chicken and added a couple of sausages since we didnt have as much chicken as I thought in the freezer. Also just browned the chicken and sausages in the skillet then transferred all the ingredients to an oven safe dish and put it in for about 30 minutes on gas 6 while the potatoes cooked for the mash. the sauce did need thickening abit after cooking so pured that into the skillet with abit of cornflour for a minute. This will be added to my common recipes as my 2 year old was happy with it too.

I did a total quarter cup of the soy and Worcester sauce due too so much sodium. Good flavor, added some corn starch to thicken up the sauce. Next time I will cut the pepper in half.

Excellent ! I didn`t have a fresh lemon or cream of chicken , so I used bottle lemon juice and cream of mushroom souo. The family loved it , they took some home . Will make again , I severed it with noodles instead of mashed potatoes.

Yummy and pretty simple to make! doubled the recipe and just sliced 4 large chicken breasts in half. Even though it was doubled, still only used 1/8 cup lemon juice and it was still pretty lemony - but my family liked it like that. Also used Granulated garlic instead. had it with pasta ( and rice because we had some) ! Went well with both! Would probably triple the sauce next time and add more spinach.

Very good although, I lightly breaded the chicken with seasoned breadcrumbs and added a splash of white wine. Sliced mushrooms would also add a nice touch. Served with make ahead mashed potatoes.

It was pretty good, doesn’t look appealing though but once you dig into it it’s pretty good. I added a pinch of flour to somewhat make it thicker.

This one was a hit for my family. I used 1 tbsp of minced garlic instead of mincing it myself and that was a bit much. I also only squeezed half of a lemon in there after reading the comments about too much lemon. It was delicious and we all loved it!
