    This is a great recipe. The family doesn't care for it to be too lemony so I adjust it according to their likes. The recipe is easy and delicious.

    Turned out delicious and my girls loved it. Just the right amount of lemon and sauce thickened properly. Thumbs up and will be made again in this house!

    I've made a few chicken piccata recipes before and this is by far mine and the family's favorite one. Made in a cast iron skillet and turned out great! Plenty of sauce left over to drizzle on a side of pasta.

    My family loved this at dinner tonight! Made some minor changes sauteed added 8oz sliced baby belles after cooking the chicken, removed them along with browned garlic and then added the flour for the rue. I also got my sauce measurement from Alton Brown's piccata recipe.
