I’ve loved this recipe for a while. I’ve changed it a bit over years like I pound out my breasts I don’t just cut them in half I also half the butter, add 2 cloves of minced garlic when you add the lemon and wine or chicken stock( either option is great I think ) plus I season them flour with salt n pepper. Thank you Joanne from Jo Cooks for another great recipe.

Absolutely delicious! Very simple to make and so fresh tasting. For our side we made broccoli and mushrooms, and served with jasmin rice. This will be a go to meal for sure!

Delicious! I cut the chicken breasts in half and filleted the thicker part to make smaller pieces more like medallions. Quick and tasty recipe...will be adding this to my monthly meal plan.

Excellent Picatta. I added a shallot to the sauce, added just before wine and lemon juice. A simple, short ingredient recipe. Perfect for work night dinners.

we used green olives in place of capers, & it was a bit too lemony but we would make it again

Really tasty. i would cut the chicken smaller next time though, so it cooks evenly and spreads the flavour.

The ceaseless favourite for chicken stew is paprika that’s so easily made in 20minutes of cooking. Basic potatoes and onions are included with sweet capsicum red peppers added to the chicken cut in pieces for quick service of a dish which has plenty of appetites to please.

Delicious and easy but fun restaurant style weeknight meal. Used the juices of one regular and one Meyer lemon and included the zest of the Meyer. Sautéed in a zucchini for added veggie. Served over orecchiette pasta.
