- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pea (butterfly, flower tea bag)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 7.5 oz. white beans (organic & precooked, I use navy beans; I have used Eden and Whole Foods 365 brand)
- 3 bananas (medium, very ripe, chopped & frozen)
- 3 Tbsp. baobab powder
- 1/2 cup milk (plant, or more if you need it to make mixture pourable; I use a thick milk like hemp or oat but you can use what you happen to have available)
- 1/2 cup pea (brewed butterfly, flower tea, recipe above, with lemon added to change color)
