It was dam* delicious! I had no spinach but threw in mushrooms instead and served with rice. Would be great with pasta too but would have to thicken the sauce some. I'd definitely make it again!

I’ve made this a few times before but i had lost the recipe for a while well anyways it was amazing! Family favorite as always so i was happy!❤️ quick and simple as well so not much to clean up or to stress about!! My picture is of course missing one because I had dug in before I remembered to get a pic🤣

Family said this is so good they want it on the weekly rotation.
Added extra parmesan.
Omitted spinach (didn’t have any) and paired with asparagus.
The sauce is rather soupy - might try to thicken it up next time - still delicious!

This recipe is definitely a keeper! My kids cleaned their plates! I added a small amount of white wine to the sauce and it added to the delicious flavor!

I made this exactly as the recipe is written and I must say this is now one of our favorite meals. The chicken was so juicy and the sauce was amazing. The lemon flavor was just the right amount. My family loved it!

I really enjoy this recipe. Dependingg on how you sear it and how thick your chicken thighs are, though, the cooking time can vary a lot, so I’d recommend having a thermometer and checking it when it’s been in for 20 min. I loved it though!

I loved it! easy to make too! I have also made it with nut milk and it is also very good 👌

My husband loved this, so I've made it a number of times. He even eats the spinach! :-)

Chicken was tender. Sauce would be good on rice, didn’t infuse the chicken as much as I’d like.

Made this last night for my parents and they LOVED it! I used what I had on hand and made some additions. I added sautéed mushrooms, spinach, cilantro and lemon slices. I doubled the amount of sauce. I'm new to chicken thighs, so I left the bones in. One of the reviews said that it was missing something and I agree. I think it was onion, so I added chopped scallions. If I make it again, i would sauté the onions early on with either the chicken or mushrooms. Thanks for sharing such a terrific recipe!

Great recipe. Substituted bone in chicken thighs, for boneless skinless chicken thighs. Next time we will double the lemon butter sauce.

This turned out really well, served with pilau rice...yum yum! Next time I will marinate the chicken beforehand , use more lemon and more cream for a more saucier dish. The source is what really makes this dish.I will definitely make this again.

I made one change substituting meat with boneless and skinless thighs (what I had on hand). I also doubled the spinish because it cooks down to very little. (Update: 11/2020 It is important that you chop the spinish and not keep it whole. It doesn't wilt down as much as if it was whole.) I've made this several times. 1st picture is first time making it and 2nd picture is most recent 11/3/2020

Super delicious!!!
Easy to make. I used chicken fillet instead of breast. Very jummy.

Delicious! I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and light cream because it was what I had, still turned out great.

This came out amazing! I browned my chicken a little longer (6 mins on each side) I like my skin a little more crispy. I made this with steamed rice and asparagus.

We added in 2 bunches of chard, in addition to the spinach, and used skinless Thighs, came out perfectly!
