Mine came out a little dry. Need more lemon juice. I like it moist and more lemons. The glaze didn’t come out like the picture. My husband said not bad at all. I’ll try it again next time and know what to do. Thanks

I received so many compliments on how delicious this was. I was very happy with the results. I didn’t put so much of the icing as I also sprinkled powdered sugar to make it look fancy as I didn’t want it overly sweet. Just perfect.

Delicious! The glaze was amazing. However, I agree 45 minutes was too long. 35-40 minutes would probably be better.

Delicious! I would make it again. 45 minutes was a little to long in my oven I would check it at 35 minutes.

Wonderful I made this exactly as written and it came out perfectly. The fresh lemon zest and juice are brightly present and the less rich batter is a taste and texture improvement over the usual
