- 140 mL blonde beer (I use Menabrea)
- 2 Tbsp. light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 200 grams ricotta cheese (fresh, well drained)
- 100 grams quark cheese (low-fat)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (+2 tbsp demarara sugar, optional)
- 1 lemon
- 4 figs (fresh, halved, to decorate)
