    Needed some tweaking so make it a bit better. Use all the pasta water so it’s creamier. Lemon/basil it’s a bit tangy and bright and I needed to add a tsp of raw sugar and Italian seasoning to earth it down a bit. Also added lemon pepper. Overall was good.
