- 180 grams AP flour (minus 1 T potato flour)
- 1 Tbsp. potato flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup full fat sour cream
- 200 grams sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 lemons (zest of, save them for the juice!)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used grapeseed)
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon (zest peeled in strips from)
- 2 basil leaves (large)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (to taste, the more sugar you use, the sweeter and more opaque it will be)
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 grams sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 basil leaves (large)
