- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (120 ml)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup xylitol (or sugar, 90 g)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (42 g)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or arrowroot starch)
- 2 Tbsp. xylitol (powdered, or sugar, for dusting)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch turmeric (for color, optional)
