  • 1 teaspoon herb (loose dried lemon balm)
  • 1 pinch lavender buds (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (local)
  • 1 cup hot water (boiling)

    Directions

    1. Place dried herbs in a teacup (Use a tea ball so you don't have to strain the dried herbs at the end)
    2. Add boiling hot water to herbs and let steep for 3-4 mins
    3. Add fresh lemon juice and honey
    4. Garnish with lemon slice
    5. There are lots of possiblities. You can try different herbs like rose buds, lemongrass and/or chamomile.
