- cinnamon
- salad (Wild Arugula, I used a bagful from Trader Joe's)
- 2 lemons (large)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Himalayan pink)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup golden raisins (or cranberries, I used a mix of both)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (or goat cheese works great too)
