So good and healthy! I bought turkey back and necks, cooked in the slow cooker all night. I had a great broth to start with and easy to clean off the bones to get the meet. I used vegetable broth to start with, double the recipe except for the beans. So so good and gave some away and they loved it too. I will make again as it's different from potatoes or pasta or rice.
