it was quite yummy. i made about 5-6 servings with the amount of broth and turkey i had

this was great. i did it in the crock pot and sauteed all the veggies at once before putting in crock pot. Added a bay leaf and about about 1 tsp dry rosemary. added quinoa to my bowl of soup!
