Leftover turkey has so many opportunities to be repurposed into delicious recipes! Using leftover slices of turkey to stuff this crescent roll pinwheel might just be your new favorite way to enjoy it. Layered with cranberry sauce, brie cheese, and then wrapped into a gorgeous pinwheel and topped with Italian seasoning, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

- 6 oz. leftover turkey (4-6 oz., from BBQ Cranberry Glazed Turkey recipe, or any leftover sliced whole turkey or turkey breast)
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 4 oz. Brie cheese (sliced thinly)
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (chunky)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment, unroll the crescent triangles and arrange in a circle. Pointed ends should be facing out, and you may need to slightly overlap the interior of the circle.
- Layer the thin slices of turkey, then cranberry sauce, and finally the brie slices.

Fast, yummy, and easy way to use up leftover turkey and cranberry sauce for a light meal or snack. I didn’t have Brie so I substituted havarti, and it still tasted great.
