- leftover steak (: I had about 1 c. last time I made it, but more would be even better)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (medium, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp. parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 egg (per person)

We liked it a lot. I subtstituted dill weed and chives for the rosemary and parsley and it was excellent. Also substituted frozen hash browns for the potato component for convenience. Would definitely recommend and make again.
