- 1 tsp. chili paste (or hot chili sesame oil to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (regular)
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 lime (cut in half and juiced)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 pepper (fresh, sweet or hot)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- parsley (or cilantro for garnish, optional)
