This was a perfect way to use up roast beef, plus it was quick and easy to make. My sauce was a bit on the thin side, so I added some flour at the end and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

Wonderful recipe! Used leftover roast beef and gluten free noodles. Super easy sauce and great directions. The only difference I would add is to double the sauce because it was almost gone after dinner. We love our leftover leftovers!

Tasty recipe and easy to make. My husband said, “It tastes just like you would expect Beef Stroganoff to taste.” High praise from him. 😁👍🏻

Recipe is very forgiving. I used leftover brisket and didn’t dry it out. No Dijon, used yellow mustard and a splash of Worcestershire sauce
