I always make too much rice, accidentally on purpose, but have never made rice pudding.
Loved it and will definitely do it again.

I've used this recipe a few times. Not as good as the scratch type using uncooked ice but its a great way to use up leftover rice. I've used a similar recipe but prefer this one. I used Wild Blend (wild and brown) last time and didn't know if it would turn out. It did!

Turned out not as thick as I would've hoped, but still super easy and so deliciously creamy. I'm definitely making this again.
