- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- coconut flakes (for garnish, if desired, optional)

Directions
- For the Pudding: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
- Place 5 cups of your cubed cake into a large bowl, set aside
- Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl, set aside
