- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground in a small coffee grinder)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs (flax, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, plus 3 tablespoons water per egg)
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. chives (green, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (or finely grated smoked tofu)
- 4 leeks (split lengthwise, cleaned and chopped into 1/4 inch-thick slices)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup kale (firmly packed, chopped very fine)
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed (fresh)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
