It turned out really creamy and savory. I didn't have one or two ingredients (celeriac and chives) but they are easily replaceable. I used the ingredients of the broth as a kind of topping (I don't know if there's a particular word for this) because I didn't want to throw away anything.
Something I could'get right was the spicing. Just black pepper and salt felt insufficient.
Also, this recipe is a bit expensive to make in Argentina, but what isn't? Haha
My parents loved it!
