- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (finely, you can use feta)
- 1/2 cup scallions (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom (or cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for browning)
- pine nuts (for garnish, optional)
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/4 cup Tahini (optional)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (parsley, mint, or a combination, finely minced)
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt (to taste)

was great, not a cheese lover so left it out ...was afraid it would turn out dry but it didn't!!!

We didn’t have any ground lamb or fresh mint, but these turned out so well! Even my kids, who are picky eaters, enjoyed these! I will be adding this into the weekly rotation.
