Turned out great! I just used the clarified butter, no seasoning. It took 20mins for ours to cook using a meat thermometer to check the inner temperature.

This was pretty easy to make. It turned out really good too. I didn't enjoy handling raw lobster, or even the cooked shells. The meat was really good though.
