    Good. Added ground flax seeds and chia seeds. Used pineapple juice instead of water and a few chunks of frozen mangos instead of ice. Usually I use frozen bananas but didn’t have any this time.

    Fantastic! Tastes very much like my favorite island green smoothie at our local smoothie store. And a heck of a lot cheaper. And it makes the perfect amount.
