- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (Prego Fresh Mushroom is my staple)
- 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. noodles (package penne, I used Hodgson Mill's rice penne, I have also made this recipe with DeBoles Rice No Boil Lasagna Noodles, and it turned out perfect)
