We didn't have couscous but we did have quinoa which we cooked with a bouillon seasoned broth instead of water. I had a green bell pepper lying around that I threw into the food processor too. It came out very tasty! Like, surprisingly tasty. We slapped some grilled black cod on top and had a guilt-free delicious summer meal. Well, spring meal.. but we plan to keep it around throughout summer!
