My new go-to salsa! Tons of flavor, easy to make and tastes fresh and delicious. I’ve taken to potlucks and friends think I’ve spent hours roasting and chopping tomatoes, and onions. I add between 1/2 and 1 1/2 fresh jalapeño, depending on my audience.

I use this all the time no matter if its just chips or if it's taco night. Always a big hit with my family.

Removed jalepeno due to allergy added garlic very good base, easy and used in taco bake

Turned out great! Used a large fresh jalapeno and was not that spicy, so I'd recommend using two if you really want a kick!

So I made this for a chicken taco recipe I was cooking. This tastes so good I am about to find a recipe for tortilla chips and am going to make a bean dip for a midnight snack tonight.
This tastes great.

I used way more jarred sliced jalapeños, we like it hotter. Came out very good! I drained the tomatoes. I’ll be making again the summer.

i added more lime juice and cilantro a little red pepper flakes, and regular salt

This isnt necessarily the best salsa I've ever had, but it was SO easy (no mincing required!), fresh tasting, and a hit with all who tried it. I will definitely make it again.

Absolutely delicious! Has a great smoky flavor with the fire-roasted tomatoes. If you are not a fan of that flavor profile or you don’t have them on hand I’m sure regular diced tomatoes would work fine. I made mine in my blendtec and just pulsed. So easy and so much better than store bought!

Excellent recipe. Easy to make. Flavour packed. Quickly became a regular request from family. Store bought in a jar salsa is basically garbage compared to this.

Made this salsa and took it to a friends house as an appetizer. Doubled the recipe so it would be enough for eight people. It was a complete hit! Everyone absolutely loved it! I’ve already made another batch, but this time added a little more heat to it. Very easy to make.

Wonderfully easy! If you’re going for medium heat, notice that it if you use fresh jalapeño, it calls for a medium one. I used 3/4 of a large one and I’d say it’s medium-hot 😊

I like the idea of adding one teaspoon of vinegar to extend the fridge life!!!!
Great economical recipe for someone who could drink(!!!) salsa!

Pretty good, even though I had to improvise on a few ingredients (lemon instead of lime, crushed red peppers instead of jalapeños)
