Description
This is an easy Chili recipe I've been working on for several years. Each time I make it, it's using something different. Finally I put pen to paper as it were and I hope you guys enjoy.
Ingredients

10 SERVINGS
- 16 oz. chili beans (Bush's, Medium Chili Sauce 6 Cans)
- 10 oz. rotel (Tomato & Green Chilies 2 Cans)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (Hunt's)
- McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix (Recommend 3)
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 14 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes (Hunt's)

Directions
- Brown the hot sausage (drain, don't rinse)
- Add EVERYTHING ELSE! (stir)
- Heat until simmering, let simmer for 30 min. (until you can't take it anymore!)
- At this point you can add your favorite corn chip, sour cream, hot sauce, cheese, and/or fresh chives to your bowl.
