The dough didn’t seal so it being a pocket isn’t really accurate

It has a good flavor and I will definitely make it again WITH MODIFICATION... I wish the directions were clearer and tell you exactly what need to be done first. Following exactly the sequence here, left me with a hard dough (before I can put the egg filling in). The eggs should have been cooked first before starting the dough, and good thing the bacon I used is pre-cooked, otherwise, I would have ended up with raw bacon inside. Also, it doesn’t tell you how long and wide the dough should be. I guess for a “novice and occasional chef” like me, I need to be told exactly what to do. Be careful with the measurements too. I was making this for 3 adults but I was only able to make 2 out of the “6 servings” measurement (about 5’ long each).

Was surprised the pocket kept its shape in the oven, turned out very good. Served it with avocado slices on top.

This recipe needed help. You can't make dough with just mozzarella, so I had to add a little bit of cream cheese just to stir it. I cooked the bacon prior to baking, otherwise you'll end up with raw bacon. Also, you may want to double this up if you're feeding more than just yourself. It doesn't make much. Add whatever you want inside the pocket or it's pretty bland.
