- 16 oz. hashbrowns (frozen Cascadian Farm organic)
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes (marinated, drained and coarsely chopped, you can also use plain sun dried tomatoes, but you will need to rehydrate them in water before chopping)
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts (coarsely chopped)
- 10 oz. kale (Cascadian Farm organic)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
