- 20 oz. mango ice cream (softened, I used Haagen Dazs)
- 1/3 cup mango (puree)
- 2 pt. fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (to taste, depending on how tart the berries are)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 drops vanilla
- 1 cup mango (puree)
- 1/8 tsp. cardamom powder (green)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
