  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste, depending on how tart the berries are)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 drops vanilla
  • 1 cup mango (puree)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder (green)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
