Description

This flavorful simple syrup goes into our refreshing Sparkling Lavender-Mint Limeade, but of course you can also use it to craft your own mocktail or cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 sprigs lavender
  • 4 leaves fresh mint

    Directions

    1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Take off heat. Add in lavender sprigs and mint leaves and let steep for 12-15 minutes.
    2. Let cool completely.
    3. Strain mixture through fine mesh sieve to remove any pieces.
    4. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
