This is consistently the recipe I use to make macarons every time I make them. Disclosure: I have never actually made them lavender coconut flavoured but the recipe is really easy to play around with flavours with. I have made vanilla, chocolate, and coffee macarons just by changing out the flavour of the extract! Great recipe!

This is the best macaron recipe that I have found! I use it often and it is easy to adapt into other flavors by just using the measurements given.
