We make these whenever I have leftover sauce. Any veggie is good. Anything goes. One lavash bread serves 2. It's only 192 calories per serving. I brown both sides of lavash lightly to help keep them crisp. Sometimes I'll put cheese on the bottom and toast it to keep them crisp. Spread sauce close to the ends to keep from browning too much. Very easy !
