Crock pot recipe I adapted from several others. John said it was the best he ever had.

- 3 lb. corned beef
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions (medium)
- 2 apples
- cabbage
- garlic
- brown sugar
- honey mustard
- 1 btl. beer
- canela

Directions
- Put carrots and garlic in bottom of crock pot
- smear mustard, then brown sugar, on corned beef and place on top of veggies
- place some of chopped cabbage around the brisket along with the chopped and skinned apples
- Pour beer around the edges
- cook on low for 6 -8 hours
