An absolute favorite in my family! The only thing I changed was substitute black beans for cannellini beans, but I'm sure it's delicious with black beans also. Great any time of the year, especially fall time. I also made it in the summer for a potluck at work and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe! I did not take credit for it! So, thank you to Laura from myself, my family and my co-workers! :)
