  • 4 latkes (leftover)
  • 1/2 pound beef brisket (leftover)
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish (fresh)
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • Remove All from Shopping List

    Directions

    1. Mix together the sour cream, dill, parsley, horseradish, and salt to taste in a medium-sized bowl. In a pan, heat the “leftover” latkes and move onto a serving plate.
    2. Add "leftover" brisket to the pan and heat through. Place heated brisket on top of each latke.
    3. Top with sour cream sauce, chives, and thinly sliced red onions.
