Yummy! Added more corn and used Rotel instead of salsa. Turned out great!!

Good, but VERY salty. I even used no salt added beans. Check the sodium content of your salsa if you're watching sodium intake.

Very tasty and easy to throw together. I might want to use a salsa with some head next time though. Served with chicken, corn, and poblano pepper quesadillas.
