- 100 mL red wine (or white, I used white)
- 200 mL whole milk (fresh)
- 200 mL beef stock
- 400 grams fresh tomatoes (or tomato passata, I like to use half and half)

- pepper (to taste)
- 100 grams all purpose flour (sifted)
- 100 grams butter
- 1 milk (lt fresh)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 500 grams lasagne sheets
- 90 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
