- 350 grams minced beef (lean, 10% fat)
- 1 onion (large, peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 1 Knorr Beef Stock Cube
- 600 grams canned chopped tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. tomato (purée)
- rosemary
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 1 glass red wine (125ml)
- 175 grams prepared lasagna (sheets)
- 425 mL skim milk (semi)
- 1 onion (small, and carrot)
- bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Flora Cuisine
- 25 grams flour
- 40 grams Parmesan cheese (1½oz, grated)

Directions
- Preheat oven to moderate 170°C (fan assisted), 350°F, gas mark 4.
- Place mince, onion and garlic in a pan and fry, stirring until the beef is browned.
- Crumble in the Knorr cube and stir in. Add the tomatoes, tomato purée, herbs, pepper and wine. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

very nice altogether 40 minutes in the oven is wrong 20 to 25 at tge most.Time consuming but nevertheless a nice flavour
