- 1 pkg. crumbles (Morningstar Farm Grillers)
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 12 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. lasagna (noddles. I used Trader Joe’s No Boiling Lasagna Noodles, you only need 6 noodles.)
- 1 eggplant (chopped into small, thin slices., I used a long and slender eggplant)
