Very rich! I also used a pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce. Next time I make it I may not use the ricotta. It fell apart when I cut it. But it was easier to make than I thought it would be. My husband gives it five stars!

Pretty good. Would have used a more flavorful sauce on top instead of tomato paste though.
