ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Tastes just like Lasagna but without all the work. Everything goes in one pot!! Plus Since it is just two of us, we have leftovers i can freeze up for another night! Very simple to do and highly recommend this recipe :-)

It turned out great! I did however cook the lasagna noodles separately then added them later. I bought these 4 individual crocks that were perfect for this recipe. Also the diced tomatoes I used had added spices plus we you fresh mozzarella it was well worth it. Defiantly will make again!
