    Easy and delicious. Made my own meat sauce, used whole wheat pasta, made it in a skillet and topped with fresh grape tomatoes and basil

    It was good but very thin. I’ll have to add veggies next time such as squash, zucchini, or eggplant.

    I tweeked it a little. I made the meat sauce with just 1 lb. of hamburger added basil and replaced the ricotta with cottage cheese. I mixed the ricotta and mozzarella separate with three eggs and layered noogles, meat, cheese mix twice, topped it with a third layer of noodles and covered that with 16oz of mozzarella. was one of the best lasagnas I've had.

    It was scrumptious! I added mushrooms and spinach👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. I also prepped it the day before because I knew the following day was going to be crazy for my husband and I and it came out great! 😊

    I have made this recipe a few times. I use 5 pounds ground beef and 3 jars traditional sauce. Freezes well. When frozen however it does take longer to bake all the way through. Makes 2 full 9x13 aluminum pans.
