- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 12 rosemary sprigs (depending on length of the sprigs)
- 6 pita breads (or equally delicious,if not more with flat breads)
- 200 grams plain yogurt (or Greek, I used plain Yeo Valley)
- 2 lemons (cut into wedges)
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced lengthways, use a potato peeler to get the thin strips)
