Brilliant recipe with great flavours! I love the raisins soaking up sauces too and sultanas are another great alternative. I love fresh cilantro to garnish at the end, with a new freshly steamed flavour, but adding the pistachios too into this mix at the end was a master stroke that took this dinner to another level. Have cooked it three times now and it never fails to disappoint the fussy family members or the guests. I have also slow cooked it over 3.5 hours and again - loved all of the flavour and the enjoyment of food with friends and family!
