Great recipe (I did omit, and add a few items). The ingredients I used: 2 lamb shoulder chops, 3tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, 1 can of tomato sauce, 3 cups of hot water, fresh garlic, lemon pepper, salt, 1 pack of lipton onion soup mix. I put all of that in a roasting pan, all chopped, in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then I added green beans, diced tomatoes, parsley, mushrooms, bell peppers, and 1 more pack of lipton onion soup mix and stirred. Back in the oven for another 45 minutes. The meat just melts in your mouth. SOOO good!!! Long comment so I can remember exactly how i made it for the next time!
