This is my go to recipe, it is delicious. Have done a minty version as well by altering the flavourings, both are amazing!

Very, very, very delicious. Authentic kebab taste. I left out the coriander (allergy) and to make it kid friendly replaced the green chillies with mild chilli powder.

Wicked!! As is the recipe is very tasty. The kneading helps. If
you can do this over charcoal BBQ tastes more authentic.
