Really nice. Substituted chillies and cayenne pepper with 1 tsp chipotle paste and a few chopped picante peppers. Also sliced and added half a red bell pepper. Wife, who doesn't like very spicey food, had it with some mayonnaise and loved it. Froze some leftovers which I labelled Forma instead of Kheema. Thankyou!

This is a very flavorful dish. I served it with naan bread drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with a beetroot & garlic sea salt fine ground in mortar & pestle. Warmed the bread in the oven to firm it up a bit we make this often. This recipe is exceptionally good. It hearty and has nice heat with great middle eastern flavors. Pair it with a bold red like Zinfandel or Malbec.

Very tasty and filling! I used 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper. I reduced the cayenne pepper to 1/4 tsp. I substituted 1/8 tsp of chipotle chili pepper for actual pepper. Don't rush when you're making it!

Excellent! Delicious, on the sweeter side, slightly spicy, same recipe turned out well with extra lean ground beef, and a makeshift tomato sauce (1 part tomato paste with 2 parts water). Will definitely make it again! :)
